Tips To Overcome Smoking

People all over the world were addicted to smoking. People start smoking at early age itself. Some people start smoking for style. Because of smoking we get much disease like tuberculosis and even cancer. By smoking more than 2 lack people die allover the world. People who inhale the smoke were affected much than the smoker. Many governments have ordered not to smoke at public places in order to reduce death of smoking people. I have been affected by smoking for a month; I will be coughing continuously that disturbed me as well the people around me. I tried to quit smoke by following these tips. I took resolution that not to smoke here after, for that first I identified when and why I am smoking. I limited smoking for the certain places. I started meditation every morning, to control my mind. Whenever I feel for smoking I tried to be busy. I ate regular meals to avoid hunger. I tried to be more active. I always try to think in positive aspect to quit smoking. When in tense situation I will take deep breath, I will drink water and I will do something different. The above steps made me to quit smoking.
