Voice plays main role in a person's life. From the voice we can identify the person whether he or she is well communicated person or not. But some body will not maintain their voice. Only the singers are maintaining their voice with great care. How the voice can be maintained? Here are some tips to maintain voice. I recently had a problem in voice; I followed the following steps to overcome the problem. I took plenty of water to keep sipping throughout the day. I avoided talking in a hushed voice. I avoided smoking and alcohol because that might change voice. I avoided talking at places with high background noise. I went to the gym, while exercising I stopped grunting. Anxiety increases vocal cord tension, at that time I used to do relaxation exercise. Too much caffeine will also affect our voice, so I avoided intake of tea and coffee. I avoided cool drinks and ice creams at night because too much cold also gives problem to our voice. When I affected by voice problem I realized that we talked unnecessarily all time. I strictly followed the above steps in order to overcome the voice problem.
