Overcome Anger

Anger is a strong feeling of enmity or warfare. Though anger is basic human emotions, angry of one person may affect him as well as many people. Anger means the end of relationship or end of love. Most of the people all over the world were affected by this sinful disease. Anger can be called as a sinful disease because it may even lead to death. Angry is the human emotion that hurts others. At the time of angry our heart rate rise and blood pressure increases. Anger comes due to less sleep, using drugs or alcohol, pain and if mentally affected. Due to anger one is unable to feel joy or love. This sinful disease can be stopped by following these instructions. I did meditation and yoga for relaxing myself in order to quit anger and to control the emotions. Whenever I feel angry I will take deep breath with closed eyes this will reduce the pressure, heart rise and brought me back to normal. Whenever I feel stressed I will go for a sleep. Doing physical exercise also helped me to overcome this sinful angry. Laughing or smiling will reduce short temper for certain people.
