How To Reduce Belly


Many of them in the world likes to reduce their belly. Now days everyone works for a long time especially software engineers. I am software professional; I will be working for a long time in my office in an ac room. I am a teen 25 year old within this age I got a large belly. I cannot walk fast in the staircase, so I will be using lift. I suffered a lot from large belly. Many of my friends asked me to reduce my tummy; even they teased me for having a large belly. I decided to reduce my stomach, but as a software engineer I have less time for doing exercise. I stopped eating oily foods and other food items which has fat substance. I tried abdomen exercise to reduce my belly. I will be hanging in a single bar, with that position I lifted both my legs to my chest is the exercise to reduce belly. The second thing I did in a double bar, it is the same thing as we did in a single bar, here a difference I will be balancing with my elbow and my body will be leaning in the bench, with this position I lifted my legs to my chest. I did only these two exercises to reduce my belly. With surprise I reduced my belly within two months
